SIR: Our attention has been drawn to comments by one Dennis Aghanya of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) that the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) is an illegal entity.
We wish to inform members of the public that the NGF is duly registered, with Registration number CAC/IT/NO/31439, under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990. Needless to point out that CAMA is an Act of the National Assembly and forms part of the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
