Super Falcons Poised To Maintain Clean Slate Against Tanzania

WITH the semi-final ticket already in their kitty, there are indications that Head Coach, Eucharia Uche, may rest key players like five-goal hero, Perpertua Nkwocha, speed star, Stella Mbachu and Francesca Ordega as the team take on whipping girls of the group, Twiga Stars of Tanzania today.
  Resting this class of players will afford the coach the opportunity of trying out the other new faces that are yet to have their first full international outing.
  But this does not, however, mean that the team intends to drop any point in the game to be played at the Makhulong Stadium, Tembisa. Instead, the team is bent on obtaining the available nine points in the group stage in order to finish with 100 per cent success. The match would be the first both teams would play outside Sinaba Stadium since the competition commenced.
  Yesterday, feelers from the Super Falcons camp indicated that some of the key players may be rested for today’s game, but coach Uche was quick to point out that she would do the right thing to make Nigerians happy with the team.
