Olugbodi bags APCON fellowship

JOSHUA Olatunji Olugbodi will be recognised as a fellow of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) on November 11, 2010.
The fellowship is meant to distinguished practitioners who have proven their mettle in the profession. The new fellow has honed his skills and has indeed put his endowments into profitable use over the years.
With the conferment of the fellow on Olugbodi, he now becomes one of the highly respected in the professional as a worthy member of the top echelon of the profession.
He read English at the then Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University.)
Olugbodi has had a chequered career from The Guardian Newspaper where he started as a Sub Editor/Judicial reporter. He was later at Promoserve Advertising before becoming a part of the trio that started Prima Garnet Ogilvy, a leading advertising agency in Nigeria.
He was there for 15 years rising through the ranks to become the executive director, (Brand Management).
