Mimiko criticises road maintenance agency

Ondo Ste Governor Olusegun Mimiko and Leader of the Presidential Projects Assessment Committee, Oluwole Oluleye before the team inspected Federal roads in the state.

Ondo State governor, Olusegun Mimiko at the weekend described the agency saddled with road repairing in the country, the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), as a failure.

Mr. Mimiko ,who could not hide his feelings at the poor handling of federal road projects while welcoming the Presidential Projects Assessment Committee in Akure, said the agency has failed the nation due to its inability to fix federal roads,most of which that are in deplorable state.
